Use 500ml of steam-distilled cold water and 3-5 saffron threads ( Crushed ).
Infuse overnight for best results.
Sip the infusion throughout the day as you would water.
Important Note: Heat can destroy some of  saffron’s medicinal benefits, so avoid using it with hot liquids and beverages
 
When Not to Use Saffron
 
During Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Avoid use.
Before Surgery: Stop use 2 weeks before any surgery.
 
How to Identify Fake Saffron
 
Place saffron threads in a small container of water. Real saffron will slowly turn the water yellow while the threads retain their red colour. If the water changes colour immediately, turns red, or if the threads lose their colour, the saffron is likely fake.
